Catalog description

A survey of the developing theologies of the Holy Spirit in the history of the Church. The course will cover the development of the theology of the Holy Spirit in patristic theology and later medieval through modern developments. The course will also include a study of the historical origins of the Catholic charismatic renewal within the broader context of twentieth-century renewal movements.
