Catalog description

The course examines a variety of key findings regarding human emotion, motivated behavior, and our ability to regulate our behavior. A biopsychosocial perspective is brought to this topic, with a focus on both theoretical frameworks as well as practical applications of the research findings. Factors that influence one's capacity for self-regulation, particularly in the context of health, are also discussed
