This course examines organization development (OD). It includes an overview of OD, the OD practitioner, the process of OD, interventions, such as human process, technostructural, human resource, and strategic change, global organizational development and future trends and directions in OD. Students will also explore in-depth the topics of the OD practitioner and intervention strategies.
