Catalog description

This course examines the organizational side of industrial/organizational psychology. It includes an overview, history of the field, research methods used, organizational theory and structure, motivation, attitudes and job satisfaction, leadership, stress and work-life balance and the future of organizations. Students will also explore in-depth the topics of motivation and effective leadership in organizations.
