Internship

Catalog description

The internship in political science is intended to be offered to students who have no previous professional political or historical work experience. It is a 150-300-hour unpaid, supervised internship that may be taken only at specific, pre-approved provider sites and only upon approval of the host agent or agency. Interns may work for campaign organizations, at the local offices of state or national elected officials, with municipal, county, or state agencies, public interest organizations (NGO's), international organizations, museums, historial societies and associations. Offered annually. This is a pass/fail course.
