This course addresses current issues involving the modern international community. The course is prearranged to address global migration patterns and problems as well as the challenges involved in promoting global health. With the approval of the program director, instructors may also choose to amend course subjects to reflect pressing global crises - such as, for example, a pandemic or a global economic meltdown.
