Catalog description

In this course, students will learn about instructional/training program evaluation concepts and use an evaluation framework to evaluate existing programs for the purposes of program review. Additionally, students will extend their role as instructional designers to work as agents of change within the organization to develop strategic, proactive plans for the future of educational changes, and apply effective change management strategies to implement instructional innovations.
