School leaders with a strong vision and mission positively impact the entire school community, the culture / climate of the school and overall school performance. This course will do a deep dive into how leaders create and implement a powerful vision and mission for their school and specifically address Florida Educational Leadership Standard 2. The assignments in this course include an embedded fieldwork component.
