This course covers the science of positive psychology, focusing on strategies, habits, and characteristics that promote happiness and well-being. Students will examine topics such as positive emotions, resilience, motivation, mindfulness, gratitude, self-control, optimism, and healthy relationships. The course also addresses common misconceptions and misapplications of positive psychology, along with their potential side effects.
