Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to develop knowledge for managing a global workforce, and to prepare students to encounter international business from an interpersonal standpoint. While expertise in international human capital and talent management is an important pathway to competitive advantage for organizations, the goal of this course is also to develop thoughtful managers and workers who will be cognizant of the challenges of an international career, and respectful of cross-cultural differences.
