This course introduces students to how artificial intelligence is changing food marketing. From social media algorithms influencing what snacks go viral, to grocery apps recommending your next purchase, AI is transforming how we eat, shop, and experience food. Students will explore the basics of AI, learn how it impacts food companies, restaurants, and grocery stores, and gain practical skills to understand how businesses use data and technology to develop food marketing strategies. With a focus on real-world examples and hands-on learning, the course equips students to critically evaluate both the opportunities and risks of AI-driven food marketing.
