Catalog description

This course focuses on fostering constructive intergroup dialogue with an emphasis on antiracism, inclusion, and social justice. Students will engage in discussions around race, privilege, power, and systemic oppression, exploring strategies to address and dismantle inequality. Through collaborative activities and reflective exercises, participants will develop skills to help facilitate inclusive conversations, promote mutual understanding, and create actionable solutions for building more equitable and just communities in diverse social settings.
