Catalog description
This course explores the fundamental principles of group dynamics, examining how individuals interact within groups using an antiracist lens. Factors that influence group behavior are also explored. Other topics include group formation, leadership styles, decision-making, communication patterns, and conflict resolution. Through practical exercises and case studies, students will gain insights into fostering effective collaboration, enhancing group cohesion, and managing group challenges, preparing them to participate and be a leader in diverse team environments and discourse.
