This course prepares students to lead digital media teams and manage projects with strategic focus in nonprofit, community-based, and professional contexts. Students will learn to create strategic plans that align media initiatives with organizational goals, assemble and manage diverse teams in inclusive environments, and apply project management principles to deliver impactful results.
