Catalog description

An in-depth analysis of eukaryotic cell structure and function, including membrane structure and transport, cellular organelles, the cytoskeleton, and cell communication. Emphasis will be on experimental approaches to understanding concepts in cell biology. Two 50-minute lecture periods, one four-hour laboratory period ( BIO 402L ).
