Catalog description

A capstone course for seniors that examines national security issues, the military profession, and preparation for active-duty service. Topics include civil-military relations, the national security decision-making process, leadership ethics, and current issues facing the Department of the Air Force. Leadership Laboratory ( AER 200 ) is mandatory for Air Force ROTC cadets and complements this course by providing advanced opportunities to apply leadership and management principles. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Air Force ROTC Field Training
