Catalog description

This course builds on field training experiences to further develop leadership and management skills. Special emphasis is placed on effective communication, leadership theory, and applying leadership techniques in practical settings. Students apply these skills in a supervised environment as junior and senior cadets. Leadership Laboratory ( AER 200 ) is mandatory for Air Force ROTC cadets and complements this course by providing advanced leadership experiences. Prerequisite: Successful completion of Air Force ROTC Field Training
