Catalog description

This course provides a fundamental understanding of leadership and team building. Topics include ethical decision-making, followership, team dynamics, problem solving, and critical thinking. The course prepares students for field training and leadership roles within the cadet wing. Leadership Laboratory ( AER 200 ) is mandatory for Air Force ROTC cadets and complements this course by providing opportunities to apply leadership skills.
