Capstone in Physics II

Catalog description

Second semester of a culminating experience synthesizing various knowledge and skills learned throughout the physics major. Student will execute, complete, and disseminate a capstone project under the guidance of a faculty mentor. The project can be computational, experimental, or theoretical. Students will produce a poster presentation as well as a written deliverable such as a report or scientific paper demonstrating depth and breadth consistent with senior undergraduate work.
