The influence of diversity, equity, and inclusion on individuals and systems from an Educational Administration and Leadership perspective. The cycle of socialization, race as a social construct, and strategies for listening to multiple perspectives. How to identify and respond to the impact of race, culture and diversity in daily interactions.
