Composition I Lab

Catalog description

This lab assists students who score below the minimum placement-testing requirements for ENG 101: Composition I. This is not a lecture course; rather, it is extra time on -task for students to ask questions, apply skills, draft essays, and practice grammar and mechanics. The lab content is supplemental to its corresponding college -level course; as such, students must be enrolled concurrently in ENG 101 to participate in this lab. Pre -requisites/Co-requisites: Students who score below the minimum placement -testing requirements must register for ENG 101: Composition I as a co- requisite to ENG 010: Composition I Lab. Grade of “C” or better in SDV 102 (or must be enrolled concurrently).
