Catalog description

This course is a study and analysis of the management process from a leader’s perspective, with particular emphasis in the area of strategic human resources management. Focus is on the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run an organization (controlling, planning, organizing resources and leading the workforce) with implications for those newly promoted to supervisory and managerial positions within private, public, or federal sector organizations.
