Catalog description
The course is designed for students who are working toward independent living situations and future employment, with supervised mobility in the community. The course addresses skills and competencies relevant to those wishing to live and work more independently. Students will learn consumer skills, transportation skills, and social skills necessary to safely navigate the community. Instruction is provided both in the community and in the classroom. The college campus is also utilized (formerly AEWD 777NC).
