Catalog description

The purpose of this course is to provide a forum for PhD students to develop community amongst one another while also serving as a platform for students’ professional development. Each semester, the seminar will explore a variety of topics based on graduate student areas of interest and address topics that are important for graduate student success. These topics may include doctoral program management, resources for graduate students, getting to know how you work, having hard conversations, creating an inclusive environment, and imposter syndrome.
