Inside the Front Office pulls back the curtain on the inner workings of professional and collegiate sports organizations. Students will get the opportunity to delve into the strategic and organizational processes that drive sports teams, leagues, and related businesses through hands-on engagement with real-world situations. The course focuses on how front offices coordinate internal and external communication across platforms as well as plan and execute events, maintain corporate and philanthropic relationships, and assess and acquire talent. Inside the Front Office is a foundational exploration of the structures and operations that drive the multibillion-dollar sports industry.
