Humanities Teaching Methods II: This course is the second of three sequential methods courses designed for the teacher candidate preparing to teach K-12 social studies, English, World Language, or Theater. The course treats a variety of topics essential to development of the knowledge, skills, and dispositions of the professional humanities teacher, including inquiry-based learning, standards-based lesson and unit planning, pedagogy, and learner diversity.
