Catalog description
This course focuses on developing the skills for twenty-first century management and leadership in the non-profit corporate world. Emphasis will be place on developing the skills for a collaborative approach to leadership to help non-profit corporation managers leverage the wisdom and resources of multiple stakeholders as they come together to plan, make decisions, and take action in organizational and community settings.
