Customer and business requirements are rapidly evolving as a result of the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This course provides an overview of critical AI technologies- Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Big Data, Large Language models (LLM’s), Chatbots and more - and how they are transforming current business models. The ethical implications of AI integration will be a critical component of this discussion.
