On-Air News Reporting provides the fundamentals of reporting and includes writing, camera shooting techniques, editing, gathering sources, and on-air presentation to perform "one-man band" responsibilities in any television market. Students will gain extensive hands-on experience that will produce a resume reel for their portfolio. Skills acquired can be used to edit online video components for news outlets.
