Catalog description

This course introduces the characteristics, operation, and application of solid-state devices including diodes, bipolar and MOS field effect transistors, wide band-gap devices (GaN, SiC), and introduction to integrated circuit applications. The performance, measurement, and verification of the operation of these devices through usage of lab instrumentation and measurements are covered.
