This course focuses on the essential IT skills and knowledge needed for tasks commonly performed by advanced end-users and entry-level IT professionals alike. It focuses on the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, application and software, software development, database fundamentals, and security. This course directly maps to CompTIA Information Technology Fundamentals Plus (ITF+) Certification. The course requires the mandatory use of electronic labs as a textbook fee.
