Catalog description

The course provides the general process for conducting scientific inquiry and engineering research. Guidelines and approaches are provided for carrying out scientific research and for communicating research ideas and outcomes. The course is intended for students who are interested in learning the progression in research with a focus on how to effectively write and present a scientific paper or technical proposal as well as how to present their work at technical meetings and conferences.
