The Residency Readiness course is designed to equip graduating medical students for their transition into residency and clinical practice. Emphasis is placed on refining communication skills, addressing key patient care concerns, honing clinical skills, nurturing personal well-being, and fostering an understanding of quality improvement and patient safety protocols. Additionally, the course is tailored to students’ interests, enabling students to concentrate on developing skills pertinent to their chosen specialties.
