Section information text: This course examines the art of leadership and its development in our increasingly globalized society. The course will examine different leadership theories and styles, overview the driving forces for globalization, and the unique challenges globalization and cross-cultural interactions impose on leaders. Through a variety of simulations, case studies, and other hands-on activities, students will begin to understand and develop competencies that global leaders must have to be successful.
