Catalog description

This course is the fourth in a series designed to integrate the principles of professionalism, ethics, profession -specific issues, and the business of medicine, with the practice of medicine. This particular course evaluates health care disparities and pro vider sensitivity to cultural diversity, socioeconomic differences, and their impact on health and wellness. Complementary and alternative medical practice methods are also examined with particular attention given to integrative and preventive approaches.
