Catalog description

This course provides skills to step into and succeed in leadership positions and acquire skills needed to excel as heads of departments, divisions, projects, and institutions at large. Topics discussed are medical management, including communication, mento ring, process and quality improvement, financial planning, and medical research. Participants will learn about the medical legislative process and the evolution in scope of practice in medicine.
