Catalog description

Serving as a prelude to the applied scholarly project, this course focuses on concepts of evidence-based practice. Specifically, the course covers the foundational principles of research design, epidemiology, biostatistics, and searching the medical litera ture. Additional focus for the course includes critical evaluation of the literature and synthesis of EBP principles into realistic practice settings.
