with Dementia This interdisciplinary course provides opportunity to examine issues and evidence related to dementia care and family caregiving, including non -pharmacologic intervention approaches, theoretical frameworks, environmental modification, caregiver education, and their application in clinical setti ngs. Students will explore the complexities of addressing the need to promote participation and optimize quality of life for those in this growing population.
