Nitro Ball

Catalog description

Nitro Ball is a unique game that is essentially an inverted version of volleyball. This sport is designed for all skill levels. This course includes instruction and rehearsal of basic volleyball skills (under hand pass, overhead pass, spike and serve), rules, basic formations/ positions/strategies and tournament play. Students will practice/refine basic to advanced skills of the game. ** Fee: A course fee applied via SFS bill.
