Catalog description

This dynamic course focuses on developing both speed and strength through functional, multi-joint movements that challenge the entire body. Students will work on skill development in key movement patterns, including pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, and carrying, while emphasizing explosive power, agility, and core engagement. Each class session includes a warm-up, targeted skill practice, and a structured workout of the day designed to enhance athletic performance, endurance, and overall strength. Workouts are efficient, high-energy, and suitable for all skill levels, though this course is ideal for students eager to explore their physical limits and improve performance. *Fee: A course fee applied via SFS bill. See Course Notes for course fee information.
