Introduction to Physical Theatre

Catalog description

Through active participation, this course introduces students to physical theatre, defined as storytelling through creative movement. Topics include the history of physical theatre, genres ranging from mime to acrobatics, and major techniques. Physical theatre in sign language performance is also studied.
