Catalog description

The second of a two-course sequence of accelerated courses designed for students who intend to continue into calculus. This course provides an in-depth treatment of solving equations, inequalities, and systems of equations; function properties, graphs, and applications; and the study of linear, quadratic, rational, radical, exponential, logarithmic, inverse and piecewise-defined functions. Students, who earn credit for NMTH-272 , cannot take NMTH-260 or NMTH-275 .
