Catalog description

This course provides a review of the process for developing, implementing and evaluating successful community health programs and healthcare services. Students will develop materials needed for their educational/intervention program based on a needs assessment. The use of data systems to assess the effectiveness of the program to share with funding sources and others will be explored.
