Capstone Seminar

Catalog description

The capstone seminar is the final core requirement in the history degree program. Students will enroll in this course in their final year of study. The capstone seminar will further develop and sharpen the student’s practice and understanding of the discipline of history. Students will work closely with faculty as they conceive of, develop, and revise a written senior thesis. And finally, students are expected to present their research project in front of their peers and program faculty.
