Graduate Spoken Communication

Catalog description

In this course, graduate students are exposed to a variety of academic speaking genres that are expected of university level students within their field disciplines. After analysis of the speaking samples, students will organize and present their own presentations for each genre, such as process description, defining a concept, and research presentations.
