Catalog description

This course provides and introduction to the fundamentals of assessment and measurement tools used in human resource and organizational development activities. An overview of a variety of instruments will be studied and some will be administered. Reading, lecture and class activities will include theory of test development, criteria for administration, validity, reliability, and assessing best instruments for use.
