The course provides an introduction and survey to measurement techniques used in fluid mechanics. The material is designed to cover a range of techniques for measuring the primary physical properties: pressure, velocity, concentration, temperature. There is an emphasis on awareness and quantification of the theoretical strengths and limitations of each method, as well as the practical complexities of using each technique.
