Catalog description

In the course, students explore real-world decision making processes (intuitive and logical; qualitative and quantitative). Mathematical techniques based on descriptive, comparative, and relational statistics are introduced. Specific decision making and management models for transportation and inventory control, project management, and process management are addressed with practical exercises using software tools and simulation. *Note: This course is open only to to students at RIT Kosovo.
