Paralegal responsibilities in the area of administrative law. Overview of types and sources of administrative law. Includes accountability, agency discretion and due process in addition to delegation and rule-making. Also covers agency investigations and adjudication procedures. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in PAR103 and PAR112, or permission of Program Director.
