Overview of business law for the paralegal. Includes a review of basic contract formation and enforcement, fundamental law concepts, ethics, and social responsibility. Also includes topics such as white collar and corporate crime, consumer protection, employment laws, international commerce, and intellectual property. Prerequisites: A grade of C or better in PAR103 and PAR112, or permission of Program Director.
